Michael McCleary

Chapter Media Leader

Michael has been a business professional in the market research industry for 13 years, creating new roles and launching new departments for companies looking to expand and grow their capabilities.  Having moved around regularly as a child in a military family, Michael has (unintentionally) continued that trend into his adult life and continues to experience new places and new environments, which works out splendidly since one of his greatest passions is meeting new people and developing new relationships.  Michael currently claims Roseville, CA as home with his wife, Nadine, and step-daughter, Lucy, while his step-son, Edward, lives in New Jersey.

Lori Emberland

Founder & Host, Party Brushes

Lori is the founder of Party Brushes, a Painting Studio that hosts paint parties for private, corporate and public groups.  She not only owns the company but also has run 500 paint parties since its inception in Jan. 2014.  Lori is also a distributor and team lead for New U Life in NorCal.  She has over 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley building businesses and working in Fortune 500 companies in Marketing, Business Development, and Graphic Design.  She also spent five years in the health and wellness industry as a Personal Trainer building her own training business and working at the Ebay headquarter gym training eBay executives and employees. Lori joined the John Maxwell Team January 2018 and is in the process of building a speaking and coaching business.  She has four kids, two still at home and one with special needs which is her driving factor to one day open and operate a home for adults with disabilities.

Wesley graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural Business. After working in both the banking and tech industries, Wesley decided to pursue a more relational field. He has enjoyed building his insurance brokerage, where he can serve others and build long-lasting relationships. As a Roseville native and graduate of Granite Bay High School, Wes has a desire to see businesses in the Sacramento region prosper. Wesley and his wife, Mary, attend Community Bible Church in Folsom where they enjoy serving in High School Ministry.

As a Business Development Executive, with over 30 years of experience in sales management Jon is known for building “Best in Class” sales organizations driving sales and profits for mid-sized companies and industry leaders both domestically and internationally. His record includes developing new markets, building strong sales teams and enhancing shareholder value in times of economic expansion and contraction.

Also known for developing and implementing successful growth strategies Jon has turned around divisions and expanded them into market leaders. In addition, he identifies, enters and dominates new markets, and crafts and institutes processes and procedures that improve the customer experience.

Jon has been married to his beautiful wife Karen for nearly 35 years. Jon and Karen are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters Kristi and Kylie. The Petersons make their home in Granite Bay, California and are active members serving at Harvest Bible Church.

Teresa D'Alessandro

Teresa D’Alessandro is married to her husband Tony, and she has owned and operated several different types of businesses over the past twenty-five years.  For the last fifteen years, the D’Alessandros have managed a horse ranch in Northern California.  Teresa’s previous experience includes working as an Buyer and Accounting Manager for large companies such as Hewlett Packard, Verizon and Muir Glen Organic Tomato Company.  She and Tony are members of Harvest Bible Chapel in Granite Bay, CA.  Together they have three children, two of which are grown and married and their youngest will be graduating high school in the spring of 2019.  Teresa enjoys running, reading, walking on the beach and spending time with her new Granddaughter.  She currently owns and operates a small bookkeeping company and enjoys working with and helping other entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Jane Anstrom

Owner, Trinity Mobile Notary

Jane and her husband owned a high-end custom cabinetry business for over 20 years.  Her main role was invoicing and bookkeeping for the business, while raising their children.  Jane’s previous experience includes working as a Program Manager for a technology company called S3, working as an Account Executive Manager for Sega of America and working as an Office Manager for a start-up technology company called Arbor Software, Inc.  Before that, she taught first and second grade in Napa, California.  She also taught a kindergarten through fourth grade classroom in a two-room schoolhouse out in Carissa Plains, California.

 

The Anstroms sold their business in 2017 and moved from the Bay Area to Lincoln, CA.  Jane’s husband is semi-retired and she has started her own business as a Mobile Notary and Notary Loan Signing Agent for real estate closings.

 

Jane and her husband have two adult daughters and a son who is a sophomore in college. They attend Shepherd of the Sierra Church in Loomis, CA and are enjoying the life they are building together in their new community.

Art is the President of Harvest Business & Leadership Development, a professional business coaching, and training company that supports enterprises throughout the cycle of their business journey.

Art is a passionate experienced and certified speaker, trainer, and business development advisor, working with individuals, companies, and ministries in the areas of leadership development, professional & personal growth, and neuroscience and human behavior.

Art brings over 33 years of experience as a building & design industry C-Suite leader in building and leading multi-million-dollar residential development and architectural companies. Art also has an extensive ministry background with over 25 years, serving in roles as a Lay-Pastor at Saddleback Church in Southern California overseeing the development, discipleship and training of small group leaders focused on the new believer ministry of the church. Art has also been instrumental in key ministry rolls in church planting and building, helping launch several churches focused on developing the core structure of the church ministry.

Art is actively involved in ministry and building industry as a sought-after speaker, speaking at the local, state and national levels.   Speaking on such topics as “From Titles to Towels” – Being a Servant Leader in our Homes & Businesses, “From Ruins to Restoration” – Restoring the Father | Child Relationships, “Keys to a Heart Lead Conversation” – Understanding the need for empathy and active listening in our conversations, “Building Trust in our Organizations”, “Leading through Adversity” and “Being intentional about your professional growth.”

Art loves the outdoors, an avid skier, sailor, and fly fisherman. Art and his wife Lori have been married for 30 years while raising their three children Tyler, Ethan, & Lexie in Rocklin California.  Lori and Art make their home church at Harvest Bible Church in Granite Bay where they are both actively serving.
