Tom Bayles

Tom Bayles

Broker/Owner, Mortgage Craft
Executive CAB Director

With 30 years of top 10 bank operations and product management/marketing experience, Tom applied his expertise to the task of building a start-up national residential mortgage company for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company.  In 2006 after building the organization, licensing in 50 states, with a 500-seat call center the corporation decided times were too tough for a new mortgage company.  Tom saw it differently and opened a small residential mortgage brokerage of his own that has served his Lancaster, PA community for the past 10 years.  This was a lifestyle decision designed to allow more control of his time for the benefit of his wife Barbara, children, grandchildren and church.
